GORunning Movement is a runner training initiative for the creation and development of more efficient, injury free, stronger, faster runners.
We aim to educate runners following the PoseMethod® of Running.
The PoseMethod® was created by Four-time Olympic Coach, sport scientist, biomechanics expert Dr. Nicholas Romanov in 1977 to teach runners how to run efficiently and injury free through using correct technique.
It provides for a very accessible and needed learning frame and is beneficial to all runners, from novice and long time leisure joggers, to marathoners and triathletes. Elite athletes from track and field, or disciplines such as rugby, soccer, GAA games, etc. will also enhance their performance following the PoseMethod® principles.

GORunning Movement supports runners nationally through running clubs, individual sessions, group workshops and training clinics.
There is a common belief that "we don't need to learn/teach how to run because it's natural. As human beings we were born knowing how to run." Obviously, some techniques are better than others.
