Things you need to know
On this Site we offer info about LSP(littlest pet shops). Here is so small info about LSP. Littlest Pet Shops were introduced in 1992, each set included an action, such as a movable part. Most included magnets or simple mechanisms, such as flapping wings.
In 1985, General Mills spun off its Kenner and Parker toy divisions to form Kenner Parker Toys, Inc. Kenner Parker was acquired by Tonka in 1987. Under Tonka management, Kenner Products was reconstituted as a division. Tonka (including Kenner) was purchased by the toy company Hasbro in mid-1991. Hasbro closed the Cincinnati offices of Kenner in 2000, and Kenner's product lines were merged into Hasbro's.
Stuffed versions of Littlest Pet Shop toys
On Monday, July 21, 2003, a U.S. federal trademark registration was filed for LITTLEST PET SHOP by Hasbro, Inc. The Hasbro Littlest Pet Shop line, with no similarity to the Kenner Littlest Pet Shop toys, was released in 2005. In 2007 they introduced the first interactive version of Littlest Pet Shop, which was accessible after buying a stuffed toy. Further interactive editions of the toy range followed, with Electronic Arts producing an eponymous video game in 2009.
In 2010, Hasbro integrated their then-re-release of Blythe into the Littlest Pet Shop toy line.
In 2012, a new style of Littlest Pet Shop was created to coincide with the new TV series. The pets' eyes were bigger, rounder, and with shinier irises with star-shaped reflections on their eyes. The pets themselves came in brighter colors, and with more distinguished, yet exotic features, such as the pets having a sparkling glitter-like covering on their bodies or with syrup or cream-like features covering their bodies or heads with sprinkles. Later in 2012, toys were produced without these changes, with the exception of the eye shape. The pets have exceeded over the number of 3,000 pets so far. In December 2013, due to popular demand, an updated style of pets with the same features as the 2005-2012 version pets, such as the bobbling heads, were released.
