Administration of Deceased Estate

Du Preez Deceased Administrators administer estates and correspondence in accordance with the provisions set out in the Administration of Estates Act 66 of 1965, where Botha du Preez Deceased Administrators is appointed as agent/corresponded agent or executor of a deceased estate.

 Du Preez Deceased Administrators reserves its right to accept such appointment as agent, after a request to this effect is made to it by our client.

Du Preez Deceased Administrators will endeavour that the administration process of the deceased estate and correspondence will be finalized within a time period after Letters of Executorship have been issued by the Master, except in deceased estates where extension of time has been granted by the Master.

Du Preez Deceased Administrators warrants the safe guarding of all data and information in respect of Referred Clients. In addition, any such information remains the confidential property of our clients and may not be divulged to third parties or used by Botha du Preez Deceased Administrators for any purpose whatsoever without our client’s written consent thereto.

Du Preez Deceased Administrators also liaise with clients with no mean of transport obtaining all documents that must be lodge to sign of documents in respect of deceased estates.
