Where To Get Stock Images to liven up your site

Liven up your website with great images, but please NEVER, NEVER infringe copyright.

This is a dilemma for many people setting up a site as photos and images can be very expensive and difficult to find. Also as copyright is important and should never be infringed, myinfo has an obligation to remove (without warning) any site that contains images that infringe copyright (as detailed in our terms).

There are nonetheless some very good and cheap options that site owners can use. In particular, we support the efforts of vendors like:

We strongly encourage our users to be very careful when using images from companies like Getty Images and iStockPhoto. It is important to ensure that the terms associated with any images purchased from these companies are legally understood and are not infringed as these companies are known to relentlessly pursue anyone using images that infringe their rules.
