With hypertension, diabetes, cancer and other chronic diseases on the increase on the African continent, it's sad to note that people are getting sick and dying due to ignorance. Being an African who is so passionate about Nutrition and Health,  I would like to use this blog to address dietary and lifestyle issues that would create awareness among the African people and help and empower them to make better diet and lifestyle choices in order to improve their health and prevent disease.
